alcohol councelling

just to let you all know ive signed today to go to see one its a private company and i have managed to get some help with some of the costs

so if i get a bit lairey you know why
all i know is i cant keep running my life this way
and as i class you all as friends i believe you should know who what where i am at
it originally 4 1hr sessions with an option to keep going for a yr

Good luck with this and take as much support from friends and family.
