local shops

well round here it used to £5,00 minimum spend when using your visa card which is fair enough well this morning i went and the minimum spend is £10 which i find disgusting
there prices are disgusting anyway and if they are not making a massive profit on that anyway
i find it quite hard to spend a tenner in the corner shop and what if i only had £9 left on my card and i wanted some cigs :dunno:

I cant say I've noticed any of the shops here having a minimum spend for using cards which is great. Should be a fiver though WG, lets face it, if you want a tenner you can get it out of hte machine, a fiver you cant

None of the shops round our way take extra money when spending on a card

it just pee,d me off because to spend a tenner in a local shop your prob only getting a fivers worth anyway
oh and bye the way i know the owner and wait till i see him in the pub
i will say it loud and clear for all to hear
how he,s taking advantage of his local community because the nearest till is 3 miles away :dunno:

and now ive just walked on and the bloody butchers is closed due to illness ffs
i promised id make a big stew for tea arggh fridays the night where everyones in and out at different times
