Head bans transgender pupil from exam... so she shows him Equality Act

A TRANSGENDER pupil had to show her headmaster a copy of the Equality Act before he allowed her to sit a GCSE exam while wearing girls’ clothes.


Ashlyn Parram, 16, turned up for her first examination in tights, skirt and blazer — but was told by teachers to go home and change into the boys’ school uniform.

The furious teen printed off a copy of the law on sex discrimination, which includes specific legislation on the treatment of transgenders and transsexuals, and marched it straight to head Chris Wall’s office.

These people are just looking for attention.
There is one that goes in a bar that I frequent and dresses like a tart.
I see it in another town once dressed as a bloke.
These people are asexual.
Look rank dressed as men and women.

16 year olds are well know to rebel against just abouit everything at that age.
They go against their parents and especially teachers.
I get the impression that it will decide that it is a man when it has grown up a bit.

I'm sure that no young teenager would put themselves through all the abuse just for attention..and It's wrong for people who don't understand this condition to think so.
I worked for years in a school and there was one young person (a boy)who I thought was a girl for most of the time he was in school, he dressed as a boy in trousers and jumper but so did the girls. His manerisms and the way he talked, in fact everything about him was female, all his friends were girls..you cannot say that this child wanted attention. this person is an adult now and I'm sure living life as a woman which as far as I was concerned is what he really was and is.

Maybe not the one that you met at school Diane. (There are genuine cases).
When I was at school there was a girl that dressed and wore the same make-up as Alice Cooper and told everybody that she was a man.
We all took the mick out of her. She loved the attention.
She is now has Grandchildren.

Yes there are genuine cases and I see what you're saying now...
It actually gets on my nerves when I see these people who have had a sex change and then start a relationship with the same sex..
eg: On This Morning TV there was a woman who'd undergone a sex change (from male to female) over a number of years because 'she' said 'she'd' been born into the wrong body and although 'she'd' married and had had children had never felt right about being a man... There 'she' was in all her female glory (looking like a man in drag I might add) complete with breasts and female genitalia, and who had 'she' chosen as a partner? A woman!! I cannot understand? why change to a woman to have a relationship with another woman?
those types do get on my nerves especially with the drain on the NHS undergoing pointless operations..

The NHS are now trying to stop hip replacement unless the person is in real pain

I don't think it's wrong for genuine cases but I do for the case I mentioned in my earlier post where the sex change ended up having a relationship with the same sex!! should have stayed a man and had a relationship with the woman...
It's appalling that they start cutting operations on the elderly who are the main people who need hip replacements. Why not stop spending money on the self inflicted ailments like drug addiction and alcoholism..not on the poor people who have worked hard all their lives and paid in their dues..

Why is it wrong for the NHS to pay if she, or her family can't afford to pay?.. it's obvious she's not happy as a male.. to leave her the wrong sex is in my opinion inhumane.. I wonder if you'd expect the NHS to pay if she was a child of yours and you couldn't afford to pay?..

A mate of mine (A Shrink) told me that a lot of these so called Gender-benders have a Multi-personality syndrome.
Sometimes a female personality can come through, sometimes a Male.
We have all got x and y chromosones so we are in theorie a bit of each.
The old people who have worked all of their lives and paid in should come first.

I do not think that somebody that doesn't know what they are and have no physical pain should come first.
Or maybe the Plastic surgeons are having a contest to see who can replicate the best artificial Penusesss and Vaginasss.
They earn a lot more money from O.P's like them than they do doing a boring old Hip replacement job.

Two types of pain in this life, physical and psycological.. maybe the genuine case have no rights though, after all, the elderly have been paying for health care all their lives...

In my opinion it needs not only GP's, but also specialists and then several sessions with a good psycologist to determine whether someone qualifies for NHS help..

I agree that elderly deserve to get help from the system, but in saying that, tomorrows workers deserve to get off to a good start in life and work too.. they will after all be paying our pensions and health care when they get to work.. if they're happier when they start working, the more likely they are to be working and contributing instead of leaching off the system..

Many of the gays, transvestites I've known are very clever people and are well qualified.. when they started working they got very well paid jobs, and therefore paid truckloads in tax back into the system.. I know a few that are still getting over a million a year on their salaries and paying around 30% of that in tax.. so I think they've now more than paid for their operations in the last 20 years...
