if you had refrained from using your hose pipe and your neighnour does would you report them?? | |

| I personally think I would yes, we are obviously in a drought due to the amount of rain we haven't had and obviously it's going to affect everyone if someone doesn't follow the law and stop using a hosepipe. I did read on an article the other day that anyone who does why the hosepipe ban is in place will face an £1,000 fine so they must have some way of finding out that they are using on if they do.
We have had alot of rain over the last 24 hours so hopefully that will help to prevent some of the drought but I still think alot more is needed. | |

| I think you would have to really...................if too many people ignore the ban then the problem won't get better. Not that its much of a problem north of the border . | |
