The hard thing to give up was sugar and junk food eh.. the strange thing is, i used to have a really sweet tooth, now if I have too much sweet stuff I don't like it.. I've bought chocolate thinking I'd like some, eaten a couple of pieces and put the rest in the fridge until the next visitor comes round then given it away..

I still miss things like fish & chips or a pizza though.. too much fat in them eh, and that's worse for us than the sugar...

Pizza i had that tonight. Butr yeah it is hard.

What was your readings after you had that?.. I bet it was up around 20...
