its hard but as wiseguy will tell you i had to it was that or be dead so i started eating better and stop drinking had me last beer on 8th jan not bad for some one thats been a alco since 14 and is 50 this year

You maybe right, I saw a picture of him before he started cross dressing, that pictures still burnt into my eyeballs.. the other thing I noticed was there was a can in each hand, the cans weren't baked beans either...

Great work matie, i lost 10klos too, just eating less but good food, fruit & veggies, cut out anything with flour in it & less booze.
