In my opinion the only thing that's going to work is education. When my kids were at school, the message wa 'Just Say No'............that didn't work. You tell a kid not to do a thing and they go right ahead and do it. That's just the way it is with them. Kids are now taught the reality of the drug culture so we can only hope that more and more of them take the message on board and don't get involved.
I'm not convinced banning legal highs is going to make much difference as I think they will still be available if required. Lets face it, heroin ain't legal and there's no shortage of it on the streets.
