A PLAN to improve the riverside and mall area in Thurso has been unveiled at the latest meeting of the local community council.
Retired architect James Campbell said the overall cost of the project would be £44,550. He described it as a “forward planning exercise” which could be carried out as and when money becomes available.
Mr Campbell said the project would involve the upgrading of paths, the planting of trees, improved drainage and the installation of interpretive signs at the upper mall and west bank sections of the riverside.
