| Ive applied for a sabbatacial from work ,I was turned down on promotion it went to another bloke who has only worked for five months with my place o work ,and has no where near as much experience as myself and other candidates ,So think he got fast tracked as he in the know with one of the chief officers Anyway iv been planning if I didnt get promotion to apply for a sabbatical As i want to set up again on my own ,I was doing it in my own time after work ,weekends etc ,And I have found a hall and out buildings I can use long term for training and I can also set up a grooming parlour ,The rent is resonable ,There is also about two acres of land surrounding the old hall building ,Which I was thinking of asking the owner if he would consider selling or renting to me long term , As I still have my connections from before with the security firm who's dogs I used to train and all my old contacts which i still work with from time to time , As id like to maybe start a boarding kennels ,Or an extensive training area .But its in early stages of planning ,And I hoping to get buisness loan and use the last of my savings ,I prefer to be my own boss .Ive done it before a few years back and I know I could make a go of it again . But id need to sort out a lot of stuff first , I WILL hear at end of month or just before if my application for a sabbaticul will be accepted so fingers crossed .It all goes to plan Besides with my heart condittion theyve asked me if id like to do lighter duties flaming office work no thanks ,Id rather be on the field with dogs doing what i do best .
So keep your fingers crossed for me

| It sounds like you have thought of everything Lady and i say,Go for it girl, you did it before and i'm sure you will do it again. Nothing can make you feel more satisfied than doing the work you love and being your own boss. Where you are it seems to me that it's just, jobs for the boys, i would hate to work for someone who does'nt know as much as me. So go do it Lady, and i wish you all the luck in the world. |
