I've been to the dentist today. I'd had nothing to eat since last night because I was having sedation. I don't like having teef out it hurts. Anyway, despite the fact my hand is bloody tender where the needle went in, I'm not too bad. I don't really remember that much about it to be honest. I'd recomend sedation for nervous patients like me. Methinks I shall sleep well tonight. I still feel a bit woozy.

You had your wisdom teeth out?? Ouch!! Thankfully mine have never played me up. The one I had out had a hole in it because the filling fell out and it was decaying and kept getting infected. There is no pain quite ike toothache is there.

Commiserations on the teeth extraction, didn't visit the dentist for years, due to fear of same, until bad toothache pains. Sheka got fed up with me moaning and groaning and made the appointment for me. Took a vallium to get me there and felt quite blase sitting the chair. He did a complete survey and then told me it would cost over £300 to put things right, 25 years ago now, so after he gave me assistance from me falling on the floor I went and reported to my better half who promptly punched me in the jaw and my tooth fell out, I jest. The money was well spent though as I was free from pain and sometimes bad breath after the two or three months of up to ten visits to the butchers/dentist/money brokers and bank manager requests to see me.
Moral of story: visit regularly, at least once a year and pay up with a smile and your new white teeth flashing. I now have no fear of the regular visits and I'm pleased to say I still have the majority of my own munchers including wisdom teeth and haven't had any treatment for over three years now, got annual appointment this month so wish me luck.
I'd rather have a toothache than earache, that is nasty.
