Hello Alan, where you been? I've missed you.

hi seafish i cant see me having a merry christmas its looking like the first christmas since i was born i will be spending on my own so feel free to send me a card haha

Christmass day morning I will be driving the ex to "Shripney" then driving myself home. Christmas night I will be picking a pal up from Gatwick airport so Christmas has been blown out for me this year!
Forgot on the 22nd I have to drive to Ashford in Kent then to Portsmouth then on to Alfretton in Derby and be home for the 23rd!! So it looks like I will have a dry Christmass as welll

well i be spending xmas by my self again this year it so lonly luck i got nice frends like you ...and im no good at cooking but i try my best , well i fell a week ago and did my sholder in iv been in a sling over a week now so hard to do things with one arm , cant even open a tin of baked beens im just having soup most of the time and heat sasage rools etr the easy things i can do xxx

Alan, you poor thing, i'm sorry to hear about your shoulder. You do as wiseguy says, buy ready meals, treat yourself to fish and chips occasionally too Soups are okay Alan as long as you eat bread with it to help fill you up. How about buying buttered rolls and go to the butcher for sliced sausage and fry that to put in your rolls. I hope your shoulder gets better soon Alan, you look after yourself now.
