Do you deserve a licence to drive?

Inexperienced drivers should be banned from night driving to reduce the risk of accidents, according to researchers. Does the driving test need an overhaul?

Cardiff university researchers said "graduated driver licensing" for those aged 17-24 could save more than 200 lives and result in 1,700 fewer serious injuries each year.

yes it does need a good looking over..by why punish young drivers who maybe have to work shifts and need their car or need to learn to drive for them to get to their work..I 'm saying that living in the countryside and no public transport after 10 at night...some old people though really need to be tested again..I don't see why they can pass their tests as young people and not get bothered again for 50 years

think my licence is valid till im 75
