What Makes You Tired?

Alcohol makes me feel sleepy. I dont know how people that work can go out for luch, drink, then go back to work after. I would be out for the count all afternoon. Lol
I get tired at xmas, trailing round the shops trying to get everyone the presents they want. I usually come home knackered!! Lol

I don't usually get tired Candy but I've been sleeping loads these past few days so I suppose illness or tablets make me sleep. I'm not usually ill and I never take tablets so maybe there is a change in my body thats making me sleep more

I have ME which means I can get tired at anything..u do learn to pace yourself though....I don't have big meals now but I do remember that they used to make me tired..painkillers also make me sleepy..I can only take one..if I take 2 I start yawning

boring people n boring programmes make me tired

Well it wont do you any harm to get some extra sleep Angel, you obviously needed it. :squeeze:

and I hadn't thought of boring people and prgrammes johno, your right. I can sit up later at the weekend if there is something on that interests me, if not I have to go to bed because I cant stop yawning. Lol

everything seems to make me tired lately, really dont know whats wrong with me

loads of stuff makes me tired, most of them attributed to age and bone idleness.
