| Hey TG, does your daughter have a milk allergy? I know kids with bad/frequent ear infections often are allergic to milk. As for the signs, I once had a serious ear infection, but had no pain. I was dizzy for a few days and then woke up one morning and couldn't hear. The doc couldn't believe it wasn't hurting me and put me on the same prescription they use to treat anthrax | |

She was recently diagnosed with asthma, but that's about the only thing going on. Besides all of these confounded ear infections. You'd think I, who am about to embark in a nursing career, would figure out what's going on or at the very least see signs of illness. But this is really worrying me. If she continues on this way, she may need surgery.

| hey don't feel bad, I once sent my eldest kid up to bed at night, he was screaming and crying and I thought he was just overtired, my husband had played with him so I thought he got too over excited and over stimulated.
however, the next morning he woke up and couldn't put any weigh on his leg, took him to the hospital immediately where they found he had actually fractured his leg. I think this is why I keep taking my kids to hospitals for any small ailment, the first time really dented my confidence as a mother who is supposed to care for her children and who is supposed to recognise a simple symptom.
I feel bad for you, but really we are just mothers who are still learning as they go along, we are not know alls. Hope your daughter is feeling so much better.
Much love and hugs, it's horrible being amother at a time like this!!

| Had a great day today, took the kids in Taff Trail on their bikes and me pushing the pram. Walked over a disused viaduct, at the end ate our packed lunch and then headed back home. All kids slept in the car on the way home!! LMAO | |

| afternoon everyone.
probably i'll spend the rest of the day holed up in my room to hide from the stink of the disgusting broccoli/cauliflower/ranch dressing salad crap that my sister loves to eat.
then tonight i'll curl up in the bed and catch up on some ebook reading.

| Greetings all!! My little one is feeling much better today and has been taking to driving me crazy this afternoon. She's been very active, so I'm taking that as a sign that she's getting better. Looking at this child, you wouldn't be able to tell she's ill. Hope everyone has had a wonderful Sunday. Thanks for thinking of us!! | |

| yes it is, I love it when they find they can finally do something and being a step closer to independance, without having to rely on me to ferry her around. Must remember to buy a dog leash for her, from experience of the other two, she'll just run off!
