AMY Winehouse's boyfriend was sent for trial today on two charges of rape.
Reg Traviss, 35, is accused of committing the offences in the early hours of December 31 last year.
Traviss, of Marylebone, London, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
District Judge Stephanie Wickham said he would face trial at Southwark Crown Court on September 12.
She renewed his bail under the conditions that he does not contact the complainant in the case, or visit the Experimental Cocktail Club in Soho, central London.
Traviss, who dated tragic singer Amy at the time of her death last July, wore a grey jacket, dark grey trousers, a white shirt and a dark tie.
He spoke only to give his name, address and date of birth.
