Paedophile prison officer jailed for life

A prison officer from Hertfordshire who shared online footage of his rape of a child has been jailed for life.

John Maber, 47, from Oundle Avenue, Bushey, pleaded guilty at St Albans Crown Court to more than 20 offences including the rape of a baby girl.

Maber, a senior prison officer, was given a life sentence with a minimum term of nine years and 164 days.

A Hertfordshire Police spokesman said he was the "most depraved sex offender" they have ever dealt with.

OMG!!! the rape of a BABY!! the judge must also be a paedophile...why would any decent human being not give this thing life which meant life? this system stinks when a rape of a child is only worth 9 years.. this bastard should not be allowed to live! he will NEVER EVER think he has done anything wrong, these cretins are missfits who are born with some kind of a brain disorder that can never be cured so why keep them alive to go out and comit the same disgusting crime again..he'll relive every gory disgusting detail while inside and also he'll be put with other baby rapists where they can all enjoy the details of each others crimes..they would be stoned to death in a lot of other countries, we are too soft the whole system wants a good shake up and get these idiot judges out! and make the punishment fit the crime.
