| I was wondering about this the other day and still aint made up my mind on it.. On the years we get a leap year, or 29 Fewbruary, is that classified as the first day of autumn down here, or is 1 March still the day?.. I guess it'd be the 1st day of spring for you folk, but you get my drift.. yeah I know it's only one day, but something to think about anyway... | |

| That's a tricky one Sandy..........I suppose technically it would be the 29th but then that would throw it all off for next year wouldn't it. | |

| hey Sandy! For me the first day of Autumn is the one where I wake up to leaves inside my house!!! I got to sweep the deck again today... or maybe I will just let nature take care of it | |

| It is a bit tricky Mazzie, I'll just say we had an extra day of summer, even if we didn't really get a summer this year, not a normal settled one anyway... Leave the deck for the wind Momma, that's what it's there for, it saves a job too ... I only ever swept the decks if I was expecting friends or family round for a few drinks and a BBQ... | |
