I'd throw the broth out before I bought it, especially if a stews being done in a crock pot...

Yorkshire Puddings a la Mozzie!

well thats my healthy eating done for today,had 2 kiwi fruit and a soya yogourt
for lunch
prob have a kebab later

just had salad

Drinking, throw something together later on

Had sirloin steak, rabbit food and chips for lunch at the local RSA yesterday, wasn't too shabby either.. ended up having some chicken kiev and a couple of hash browns last night.. can't be over doing the healthy eating too much

both boys are cooking tonight,some sort of curry ingredients just cost £29.00 at asda

Got a couple of bacon and cheese crunchies in the fridge, and a cordon bleu, so might cook them and shove a few hash browns in the toaster.. not really hungry atm, and it's almost 6.45 p.m...
