Subject: funny Sat Aug 13, 2011 9:42 pm
was tearing through the main street on my bike tonight , ran over an empty coke can. the can wrapped itself round the front tyre and jammed the front wheel in the forks. bike stood on end and threw me over the handlebars . damned embarressing .. but kinda funny now im thinkin on it now i got sore ribs a sore knee and a sore wrist ......ach well next time i see a can on the road i,ll dodge it .....

im fine , thanks deante just my ego was hurt some..... power cycling only way to keep fit .
