A Sheffield-born terrorist suspect must be banned from London because of the "real risk" that he could take part in the transfer of money to those fighting allied troops, a High Court judge gas ruled.
The suspect, who can only be identified as "BM", is the subject of a control order which restricts his movements under the 2005 Prevention of Terrorism Act.
