Subject: Orkney man dies in Sutherland boating accident Sat May 07, 2011 7:20 pm
Police are investigating the death of a fisherman from Orkney who died off Talmine in Sutherland after his small boat got into difficulty.
Northern Constabulary have named the man as David Cooper, 50, from Stenness. He was pronounced dead when he was pulled from the water.
A second man, believed to be in his 30s, made it ashore and was taken to Caithness General Hospital in Wick. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-highlands-islands-13290876
