| I gave up smoking 16 years ago on January, mind you when i did smoke i have to say i just ignored no smoking days. |

| Gave up 14 years ago, after a long long time of heavy smoking, wish I'd done it earlier, it certainly leaves it's mark (bad health) |

| the only time i gave up smoking was when i was pregnant and for 2 1/2 years after my daughter was born.................i never stopped smoking on this day | |

| just goes to show what happens when smoking with people saying they gave up for health problems..my hubby had to give up for health problems too..he had a stroke at a young age and smoking was the first thing to go | |
