none of us smokes here but if the hubby still did he wouldn't give it up for the day...he gave up years ago

I gave up smoking 16 years ago on January, mind you when i did smoke i have to say i just ignored no smoking days. no smoking day 44866

Gave up 14 years ago, after a long long time of heavy smoking, wish I'd done it earlier, it certainly leaves it's mark (bad health)

the only time i gave up smoking was when i was pregnant and for 2 1/2 years after my daughter was born.................i never stopped smoking on this day

I gave up 15 years ago and also wish I had sooner...or better still never smoked (health probs)

just goes to show what happens when smoking with people saying they gave up for health problems..my hubby had to give up for health problems too..he had a stroke at a young age and smoking was the first thing to go
