Giant Snow Man obstructs traffic .

I discovered this last night ,
Some local kids erected this in the middle of a public highway ,.It must have taken them ages to build , But its a shame they didnt build it in the local park as road services will have to demolish it as its built in the middle of a public highway and is obstructing the traffic .
This is my nephew stood beside the biggest snowman he or I has ever seen
