| Are you a watcher, or do you cower in the corner until the storm has passed? It doesn't bother me too much so long as I am not out in it Lol My hubby and daughter are the type to hang out the window watching it....silly fools! Lol | |

| I was scared of it when young and now I have kids I've became more brave though I'm still scared if it wakes me through the night..my daughter carrie is terrified of it and will sit shaking while it's on...if she's out in it u can hear her screams before u see her..I've tried to get her to sit by the window and watch it..also tried to get her to watch the shows on tv where it explains what it is thinking if she understood it more she wouldn't be scared | |

| I'm a watcher too.
When I was young and couldn't sleep because of it, my dad sat me on his knee and we watched it together, I thought it was the prettiest thing I'd ever seen and I've done the same with my son, he thinks it's awesome.
I remember out with my dog once (years ago) and it started to thunder and lightning, I was in a park and so I took my dogs collar off because it was mettle and sheltered under a tree until it finished and it wasn't till after that I realised that I was holding metal, had all my rings and stuff on and I stood under a tree just in case my dog got struck

| awww Lol @ you holding the metal Angel, but apart from that your not supposed to stand under trees..... I dont think  Lol Years ago I used to walk home from work across an open field and a storm started. I didnt dare put an umbrella up and got drenched but I was so glad to get home it scared me to death. I remember my mum saying...you needn't have worried the lightning would have struck the tallest thing. I said mum................I was the tallest thing on the field | |

| I'm a watcher if I'm in the house, I love to sit looking through the window or stand at the front door and watch it. Dont like it if I'm outside in it though | |

| I love storms. The power is awe inspiring! Storms at night are both frightening and thrilling at the same time. Nothing better fall asleep to. | |
