another child savaged ... in dundee two savage dogs chased and mauled an eight your old girl who was just passing on her bicycle. had it not been for her gran s brave attempt to drive them away this poor lass would likely have been killed. clearly these dogs should never be kept as pets and for people to own them there should be some control s similar to firearm and shotgun certificates . these animals are dangerous, their owners should be brought to book . dogs like these have inbred killer instincts. if one has to have these animals the owners should be registered, trained, vetted and licensed and made to hold insurance etc. how many more children have to suffer before proper regulations & control s are enforced . it makes my blood boil every time i read this sort of thing .
