KILLER Tracie Andrews has been let out of jail for an eight-hour shopping spree. Andrews, 41, who knifed fiance Lee Harvey then blamed a road-rage driver, strolled around stores buying clothes and treats.

Typical of the kid-glove treatment applied to prisoners in this country. This was a seriousl crime and she shouldn't be allowed to see the outside world until she's served a reasonable sentence. Ridiculous!!! :evil:
