Things you parents said when you were small

theres loads mine used to say but it will keep the thread going

what sort of things did your parents tell you when you were small that you realised just were not true that you can smile about now?

We had a chap near us, with buck teeth. Mother used to look at him and say to us kids "That's what you get if you strain to much on the Toilet."

My sister(mind you she was an evil sister ) used to tell me it was from excessive masturbation. But did not use those exact words.

I was told that we had an underground house

I was also told santa wasnt real.

I was told the tooth fairy will give you money for teeth - theres been a tooth under my pillow for 10 years!
