losing weight

So I decided its time to shed a few pounds and so with a heavy heart I have quit the booze for a while,god I might be a little slimmer in time but ill be bloody miserable. :(

less than a year what with relationship breakdowns

i gave up smoking from 60 a day...many many years ago. man that was bad. :fuzzy: never put a fag in my mouth since. had to stop boozing at the same time or i would never have given the weed up. was a crane driver ,(the most boring job ever). put a bit of weight on that i cant seem to shift. not obese or anywhere near it. you lost weight through stopping drinking, i put weight on through stopping smoking. ironic aint it. must try to some more o this then.

never put a fag in my mouth since. put a fair bit o weight on though. not obese or anything like that. but for about 3 yr,s it was a big struggle. stopped boozing at the same time.
now i hardly ever drink.

my brother in law is a crane driver he loves it and is on very good money

oh yes, the money is great and it,s an easy life, but boy it sure is boring. :study:

I want to lose a little weight and tone up. I have bought a swimming costume but I have yet to go swimming . Good luck everyone else who wants to lose a few pounds .

I lost a stone when I first got pregnant, morning sickness was a wonderful diet! On the second pregnancy I lost 2 stones, the third I lost 3 stones as by now I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum, beautiful! And the weight has crept up, I'm dithering whether it would be benefitcial for me to get pregnant again and lose 4 stones, and not eat after the baby is born to ensure the weight stays down.

Decisions, decisions! Why do they have to be so hard, I'll scoff a donut and think some more :drama:
