12-year-old..................in pub ?????

I've just read this story and I'm still trying to figure out why a 12-year-old boy was allowed to hang about in a pub all evening and why he was still there at 1 o'clock in the morning.

Although I don't condone what the man did, it seems to me the lad was asking for a clout................but the burning question is............Why the hell were his parents not in court charged with child neglect?

I agree with you mazzie and why on earth does his parents let him stay out until all hours of the morning, they obviously don't care what he gets up to.
