So what do you guys do to help relieve stress?

I like long bubble baths with candles, but haven't been able to get 5 minutes alone lately. Any other ideas?

I usually get my cross stitch out, that always works for me. I think its because I really have to focus on what I'm doing it takes my mind off whatever made me feel stressed in the first place.

But hey that home improvement stuff might be just the ticket. I also remembered my mother would do "burn therapy" Stress relief 44866 and burn a bunch of stuff she didn't need. But you gotta check and make sure you got the right permits etc. It is great watching stuff burn though :twisted:
