What a dangerous and frightening thing to let a 3 yr old girl do.

I saw that on the news and they insist that she enjoys doing it but I'm not convinced. That must be scary for a little girl, especially when she falls and the only thing holding her is that short wire. Doesn't seem right to me letting a tiny tot do stuff like that.
