well aparantly dale has been in police cust since 3am

omg what happened?

we dont no yet apparantly he got up in the middle of the night at his friends house so i can only presume he tried to get home we know he had no money on him so all we can think is theyve picked him up for being drunk ive phoned all the hospitals and never thought theyd take him to the main police st in sheffield but tried anyway and yes he was there but has been released diane and ryan have gone to try find him he will be scared to come home etc and has no money so he will be walking home somehow
jesus he,s at uni and works for the biggest solicetors in sheffield
well he,s never been in a police cell in his life and to get locked up in the big one in town wow that will open his eyes eh saterday night ouch rather him than me
we dont no if he,s been charged with anything till we find him

well hes in and in a right mess looks like hes been ragged all over says he hasnt been fighting no marks looks like he fell or somthing he has been given a fixed penalty £80 fine the dick he,s gone to bed b4 diane gets back he even had bloody dead leaves in his hair ffs

he shoulda just stayed put. I had a cousin that was killed when she left someone's place drunk when she shoulda stayed the night.

II'm glad he's home wiseguy, so at least he is safe. Once he's had a good sleep and feels refreshed he will tell you all about things, and apart from that bliddy £80 fixed penalty fine, it will probably be something and nothing. I thought police were duty bound to inform a family member about someone in their custody, if only to have them picked up by family on the release?

not when they are over 18 at least with the fixed penalty he wont have a record what amazes us is why he got out of bed at his mates and we no he had no money so why walk the oppisite way to home into town
we new he had no money as he phoned for a lift and we,d all had a drink so told him to stay where he was and we,d pick him up in the morning

Oh dear, but as has been said we all do stupid things when young. At least he's safely home now so that is one good thing. The rest will all come out in the wash...as they say. :)

Good to hear Dale's home safe and sound wg. He's young, he'll learn, eventually. Kids give you worries all of their lives, no matter what age they are. He was lucky to just get a fixed penalty, like you say, at least he won't have a criminal record. Maybe he'll learn from this experience, especially if he didn't much like the cell. Bless him, he just did what young men do. :D
