oh, i never had a morgage i just bought house outright. i could do we a porch on my front door maybe it would stop the bloody draft ...it's like a gale coming through it at times

i bought this outright yrs ago but basically shes took a loan out on it
it needed doing to resell its cost 18 grand to do but should put 40 to 50 on the price

its not bad quiet but on top of a big hill
we are between two valleys here and 3 rivers etc can walk in the hills in 10 mins etc

that will be a big difference to you, your used to taking the dog out for a walk in the woods

yep i dont mind walking down the hill haha but back up she will have to get the car out
