It looks like its 'Bash a Plod' week in Scotland this week. This is P.C. Shinybuttons and he's been in the news before when he charged a guy with littering after he dropped a tenner. He picked it up, gave him it back, then wrote out a fixed penalty ticket for littering.

The crime this time is 'blowing one's nose in one's car'............WTF
