It looks like its 'Bash a Plod' week in Scotland this week. This is P.C. Shinybuttons and he's been in the news before when he charged a guy with littering after he dropped a tenner. He picked it up, gave him it back, then wrote out a fixed penalty ticket for littering.
The crime this time is 'blowing one's nose in one's car'............

its absolutley disgusting especcailly as its the same stupid officer the cost of it all is disgusting and surley his fellow pc,s must think he,s mad god the waste of time for all concerned assholes
