we're having chicken and chips ---

chicken breasts stuffed with soft cheese and wrapped in parma ham

it's still in the oven, i'll let you know the results later ;)

Another way of cooking that dish is to wrap it in puff pastry before cooking in the oven.................mmmm lovely

i'll give it a try next time.........only thing i wasn't keen was the soft cheese with chives in it

roastbeef sandwiches and chips...... and a pepsi :D
