An elderly man died when an unattended police van rolled forward and hit him in a park in West Yorkshire.
The man was struck by the van in Pudsey Park when the vehicle moved after officers called to deal with a disturbance in the park got out of it.
Paramedics were called to the park, in Church Lane, Pudsey, but the man died of his injuries.
The incident, at about 14:15 BST, was referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
