Elton John is convinced Madonna's career is over and slammed the singer in a recent interview.

The Material Girl is currently performing shows across the world as part of her MDNA tour, and John railed the pop star during an Australian TV interview and jumped to the defense of Lady Gaga, his son Zachary's godmother, over claims the singer copied Madonna's music.
