| Dianne you are blessed. I have two children, and their spouses, and three grandchildren still in South Africa and I have yet to hug or cuddle my daughter in law and me SA grandies...... that is really tough. My other daughter and her hubby live 20 mins away and have 4 adorable girls that they share with me. I can pop over and help at bath time and help with homework or dinner anytime and they all hug and cuddle as often as they can..... I am blessed.... and sooooon! I shall fly back to SA to meet them and hug them all!!! | |

| Aw it's tough isn't it especially when grandkids come along...will you be going to SA for a holiday? I always fancied going to South Africa but the flight puts me off, I have some friends who lived in Johannasburg from the 70s and their kids were born over there. They're back here now though... | |

I bet you had a tear in your eye WG ... :( not a tear as such, but yes a heavy heart, esp when he came down last night and asked if he could take some food etc, so she filled him some bags of frozen stuff and some tins etc | |

| My kids are all living about 8000 miles from home, it's a pity because I don't see them or the grand kids very often, the last time was about 18 months ago.. | |
