| A paralysed woman who is the first woman to walk the London Marathon in a "bionic" suit will not receive a medal when she finishes the challenge.
Claire Lomas, 32 from Eye Kettleby, Leicestershire, has taken 12 days to get to Canary Wharf.
She is expected to finish on Tuesday however organisers have said she would not appear in the official results.
A spokesperson for the race said competitors must finish the 26.6-mile (42-km) course on the same day.

| Saw her on the news here on tele last night, they showed her finishing the last mile. They said she wouldn't get a medal because she didn't finish on the day, geeez, the stingy sods should've given her something for having the guts to get out and giving it her best shot. Good on her for doing so well.. it was good to see some of the others that took part gave her their medals eh.. | |
