| To be honest for me I usually see 1p or 2p and leave it, usually if I see say 50p or £1 on the floor that is when I will pick it up. :) | |

| I'd say a 20p upwards. My grandson collects pennies and he picks up every one he sees. He's aiming to fill his little tinny. | |

| 1p. :3 I used to pick-up coins, years ago, but I've grown out of it but I do want to start it again because all that loose change can be used for my pension. | |

too right nothing worse than being a penny/10cents short of what you need for somthing eh Aye laddy, aint that the truth.. I usually chuck any coins I get or find into a jar, once it gets full enough, I take it to the bank and cash it in.. if I'm broke it stays in my pocket, otherwise it goes into my savings account and gets put towards any new clothes or whatever else I need. I've found the service stations good for getting coins, especially since we got $1 and $2 coins,it's amazing how many people drop their change in the forecourt and don't notice, maybe with all the noise they don't hear it hitting the ground.. I had a job in a service station here for a while, I quite often made $20 plus a shift from coins dropped in the forecourt, quite handy considering I was only on the minimum wage... | |

| Me Granny used to say: " see a penny let it lay - bad luck be with you all the day" see a penny pick it up through all the day you'll have good luck" I don't believe in luck! but still wont leave a penny laying around | |
