horse whips

was laid in bed this morning watching the news,and it said jockeys were going on strike because they are being limited to how many times they can use the whip

i think they shouldnt be allowed to use the bloody things at all

are they saying the race winner is the horse that gets whip most and hardest?

ive never been into horse racing apart from the grand national but i think it would show the skill of both horse and jockey if the race was left to ,the said skills and no whips etc

Agreed. I hate seeing horses being whipped, in fact I won't even watch the GN any more, let alone bet on it. I think it's cruel. How would the jockeys like being whipped?

I agree to...no whips infact I hate horseracing...why should a horse be made to gallop with a man on it's back.
