| I'm freezing my.. bunions off.. I think a few good curries might help.. it's a pity the genuine indian ingredients are so hard to get here, once we've had the indian ingredients that make a good curry, the muck that gets made outside of India just doesn't do it.. the secret is that in India they use fresh to make a curry, not the powders and muck we usually get.. a lot of the flavours lost when the ingredients are made into powders and such.. | |
