Onions with the liver?.. try it with bacon instead next time.. cook the bacon first, then do the liver.. it has to still be pink inside or it's as dry as old boot leather...

I've got a few thickish slices off the chicken left in the fridge, I think I may make some home made cordon bleu's out of it, then have a fry up of the left over vegies tonight.. gotta love the bubble an squeek...

Cutrry puffs

I'm freezing my.. bunions off.. I think a few good curries might help.. it's a pity the genuine indian ingredients are so hard to get here, once we've had the indian ingredients that make a good curry, the muck that gets made outside of India just doesn't do it.. the secret is that in India they use fresh to make a curry, not the powders and muck we usually get.. a lot of the flavours lost when the ingredients are made into powders and such..

what are the ones you like to use Sandy?? We have a training kitchen in Paeroa with an authentic collection of spices.

All of them momma, I tend to use them all sooner or later, the curry related ones get used quicker than anything else, but I use the lot...
