..A pilot has died after his light aircraft crashed near a busy A road, police said.
The plane went down near Sibson Airfield, close to Peterborough, and the A1 will remain closed until at least midday on Saturday, causing further travel chaos.
Engineers from the National Grid are working to repair power lines that are believed to have been been struck by the aircraft as it plummeted towards the ground.
