What do you look for in a partner?

Or what did you see in your current partner?

Personally I used to go for looks, I have never liked the pretty boy look but used to love the rouged look with tattoos and muscles but now I'd much rather have the fun factor and the friendship. With that the closeness, Love, honesty and trust becomes natural and you begin to see them as being gorgeous. Like the saying goes, 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder' I never used to see that but now I do and when I think about it all the good looking men only ever think about about themselves. :dunno:

So what would you rather have in a partner?

I would say I preferred the rugged look too and sometimes the harder they look, the more gentle they turn out to be, if thats the right way to describe it. I wouldn't say my husband now is exactly the rugged looking type even though he does have some tattoo's, but I couldn't imagine him wearing a pinstriped suit and a bowler somehow either.
He's kind hearted and makes me laugh. :D

i'm happy with my hubby, he's kind considerate helps out around the house and makes me laugh, just a pity my first 2 hubby's wern't a bit more like him

I have no idea..paul baffles me you'd think after 23 years I'd have some idea but nope...on a more serious note...he's lovely and makes me laugh..kind too and he smells nice
