Blackpool 'attempted abduction' of girl aged three

Two people are being hunted on suspicion of the attempted abduction of a three-year-old girl on a busy Blackpool street.

A man and a woman are thought to have approached the girl outside the Salad Bowl greengrocers on Topping Street at 14:20 BST on Tuesday.

They are suspected of trying to lead her away before the girl's grandmother intervened.

Detectives want to trace two people captured on CCTV footage.
